Rewarded ads may be unavailable for different reasons. The most common possibilities are explained below.

• No suitable ad is currently available
  Ad availability can vary according to your region, age, profile, device and the campaigns currently offered by our advertising partners. If no suitable ad is available, you may need to try again later.
   
• The device did not pass an integrity check
  This can be affected by:
  • A rooted or jailbroken device
  • A custom operating system or ROM
  • Developer or debugging settings
  • An ad blocker or VPN interfering with advertising services
  • Outdated Google Play Services on Android
     

What can I try?

1. Update Slowly and your device services.
2. Temporarily turn off any VPN or ad blocker.
3. Turn off developer or debugging settings.
4. Restart the device and check again.

A reward can only be added when an eligible advertisement is successfully delivered and watched.
