If the Gift Box is missing from your Slowly home screen, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Device integrity check not passed
Slowly requires a secure device environment to show certain features. Both iOS and Android devices must pass their respective security checks. If your device fails the check, the Gift Box may not appear.
Common causes include:
- Not logged into your Apple ID or Google Play account
- Missing payment method or pending terms and conditions
- Jailbroken, rooted, or Developer Mode enabled device
- Use of VPNs, ad blockers, anti-tracking tools, or antivirus apps
2. Ad availability after collecting 60 gifts
After you’ve received the guaranteed 60 gifts provided to each user, the Gift Box relies on ad availability from our ad partners. If no ads are available for your profile, the Gift Box may temporarily disappear.
To check ad availability: Go to “Watch Video to Earn 1 Coin” in the app If it shows “N/A,” this means no ads are currently available—often due to limited advertiser targeting or budgets
How to increase ad availability:
- Go to My Profile ( ☰ in the bottom menu )
- Go to Settings ( ⚙️ at the top right corner )
- Scroll to Privacy Settings
- Tap Show Personalised Ads
- Turn on Allow Tracking
