If you’re having trouble completing a purchase through Google Play, please try the checks below.
-
Check the country settings of your Google accounts
The Google Play country of the account you are using to make the purchase should match the country of the Google account originally used to download Slowly.
The two Google accounts do not need to be the same. However, their Google Play country settings need to be aligned.
-
Check your payment method
Confirm that the payment method selected in Google Play is valid and can be charged.
-
Accept any pending Google Play terms
Open the Google Play Store and check whether Google is asking you to accept any updated terms or agreements.
-
Check whether an administrator has disabled purchases
If you use an enterprise, school or other managed Google account, its administrator may have disabled purchases.
-
Check Parental Controls
Google Play Parental Controls or family settings may prevent the transaction from being completed.
-
Update Slowly and Google Play services
Make sure Slowly, the Google Play Store and Google Play Services are all up to date.
-
Restart your device
After completing the checks above, restart your device and try the purchase again.
-
Temporarily turn off settings that may interfere
If you are using a VPN or have Developer Mode enabled, temporarily turn it off and try again.
Try purchasing through Slowly Web
If the payment still cannot be completed, you may be able to subscribe through Slowly Web:
