If you see your previously sent letter appear when trying to reply, it means the app has saved an old draft.
To fix this:
- Tap More ( ⋯ in the top right corner. )
- Select Delete to remove the old draft
- Restart the app to refresh data from the server
This should clear the draft and allow you to start a new reply.
