If you’re unable to upload photos in the Slowly iOS app, try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check app permissions
Go to your iPhone’s Settings > Slowly > Photos, and make sure the app is allowed to access your photos. If access is limited or turned off, enable Selected Photos or All Photos, depending on your preference.
2. Update photo access settings
It’s possible that your iPhone currently allows Slowly to access only selected photos. To attach more photos in the app, you can update this permission in your device settings.
Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Slowly
- Then tap Edit Selected Photos or switch to All Photos to grant full access.
3. Reinstall the app
If permissions are already correct but the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the Slowly app. Your account data is saved in the cloud, so you can log back in to restore your history.
4. Use Slowly Web as a temporary workaround
If you still have trouble on mobile, you can send letters and attach photos using the web version at:
If problems persist, please contact our support team with your Slowly nickname, device info, and ideally a screen recording to illustrate the issue. We're happy to help.
