All your Slowly account data is securely stored on our cloud server, so nothing will be lost when you switch to a new device. This includes everything in your account, such as your profile, friends, letters, stamps, and any media or settings linked to your account.
There’s no need to back up your data. Just make sure you remember which login method you originally used (for example, the same email address, Apple ID, Google account, or Facebook) and sign in with the same one on your new device.
You can check your account login information in the app by going to My Profile > Settings > Account Connections.
