I want to request a refund. How can I do that?

You can make one-time purchases (like coin packs) or start a recurring subscription (like Slowly Plus) on Slowly. Refund eligibility depends on your purchase method, location, and what you bought.

If you paid through Apple (iOS):

Apple manages all payments and refund decisions for purchases made on iOS. To request a refund:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason for your request.
3. Find your Slowly Plus subscription in the list and select it.
4. Submit your request and wait for Apple’s response.

If you paid through Google Play (Android) or Slowly Web:

Please contact our team at support@getslowly.com and include:

• Your Slowly nickname
• Your order ID (found in your payment receipt)

For reference:

• Google Play order IDs look like: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567
• Slowly Web receipt numbers look like: #2345-6789
