We use your browser's cookies and site data ( localStorage ) to save your login session and remember your device. However, there are a few reasons why we might not be able to retain this information:
- Using incognito or private browsing mode: In private or incognito mode, your browser doesn't allow cookies or site data to be saved, so we can't remember your login.
- Cleared cache or browsing history: If you've recently cleared your browser’s cache or history, the cookies needed to keep you logged in may have been deleted.
- Browser privacy settings: Your browser’s privacy settings may be preventing us from storing cookies or accessing the necessary site data.
To ensure you're able to stay logged in, check your browser's privacy settings. For example, if you're using Chrome:
- Go to Slowly Web.
- Click the icon next to the address bar to open the drop-down menu.
- Select Cookies & site data.
- Choose Manage on-device site data.
- Ensure both slowly.app and web.slowly.app are set to Allow to save data.
By adjusting your browser settings, you'll be able to stay logged in without having to re-enter your credentials each time.
