How do I cancel my Slowly Plus subscription?

You can cancel your Slowly Plus subscription at any time based on how you originally started the subscription. Here are the instructions for different platforms:

Google Play Store (Android):

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone or tablet

2. Tap your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen

3. Tap Payments and subscriptions

4. Tap Subscriptions

5. Select the Slowly Plus subscription

6. Tap Cancel subscription

App Store (iOS/iPhone/iPad):

1. Go to the Settings app on your iOS device

2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen

3. Tap Subscriptions

4. Select Slowly Plus

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Slowly Web Version:

1. Go to https://web.slowly.app/subscription

2. Sign in to your account

3. Click on Cancel Plan

Important Notes:

After cancelling your subscription, you can use Slowly Plus for the remaining days you've already paid for. It will not be renewed automatically.

Cancellation does not result in retroactive refunds, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on the cancellation date.

Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you encounter any subscription issues, please submit a request and select the option "Account Issues" (please note that Slowly cannot directly access Google Play Store and iOS App Store or resolve issues related to those services).
