How do I delete my account?

You can delete your Slowly account directly from the app by following these steps:

1. Go to  in the bottom menu
2. Go to  at the top right corner
3. Scroll down to the bottom
4. Tap Delete Account

Please note that when you deactivate your account, all your data will be stored in our database for 30 days before permanently deleting it. This is done in case users decide to reactivate their accounts later.

If you cannot access your account through the app or have uninstalled it, you can still request an account deletion by emailing to support@getslowly.com. Simply provide your account information, such as your email address, nickname, or any other relevant details. Our team may ask you a few questions to validate your identity before processing the account deletion request.

It's important to note that deleting the Slowly app from your device will not delete your account. If you accidentally delete the app, your account will still exist, and you can re-download the app to access your account again.
