How can I request a copy of my personal data on Slowly?

To request a copy of your personal data, please send an email to support@getslowly.com with the subject line “Request a copy of my personal data.” In your message, include your Slowly nickname and login ID, for example the email address or phone number you use to sign in.

Slowly may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may not be able to provide a copy of your data. Once your identity has been successfully verified, the processing time can take up to 30 days.
