What does the “Decline” button do?

The “Decline” button lets you reject a new match without affecting your Sent:Received ratio.

If you receive a letter from a new user and decide not to start a conversation, you can tap “Decline” to end the connection. You’ll be asked to choose a reason from a list or write your own. This message will be sent to the sender, and they won’t be able to contact you again.

Please note: this option is only available for new matches made via profile or auto-matching. It does not apply to replies to open letters, and once you reply to a letter, the “Decline” option will no longer appear.
