My friend’s account is deactivated. Why?

You can understand the account deactivation by its colour when you click on their user profiles. 

If your friend’s status bar is in yellow, they deleted the account themselves. It can happen if the user decides not to use Slowly anymore and wishes to remove all associated data by deleting their account.

If your friend’s status bar is red, the Slowly team terminates their account. It typically occurs when a user violates the platform's community guidelines or house rules. Account termination is a disciplinary action taken by Slowly to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
