Why can't I read the new letter I received?

When someone sends you a letter, you will receive a notification right away, and a new letter will appear in your app with its content hidden.

Just like physical mail, Slowly letters take time to travel. Delivery time varies based on the distance between you and your pen pal, so you won’t be able to read the letter until it arrives at your location.

To check how much delivery time is left, go to the Home screen and tap the inbox icon (). You will see all letters currently in transit and their remaining delivery times.

Once the letter arrives, you will receive another notification. You can then read it from both the Home screen and the Friends screen.
