I received a notification, but I couldn't read the letter. What should I do?

You will receive an immediate notification when someone sends you a letter in Slowly. However, like physical mail, the delivery time depends on the geographic distance between you and your pen friends. You won’t be able to read the letter until the letter arrives.

To locate letters that are in transit, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Home (Slowly logo in the bottom menu)
2. Check your incoming letters under "Recently Received"
3. If there is no incoming letter at the moment, you will see an inbox icon ( ) 
4. If you have any incoming letters, tap the Plane icon ( )  to check the estimated delivery time of the letter

Once your letter has arrived, you’ll receive another notification, and you can read the letter in the "Recently Received" section or within your friend list.
