Most limited-time stamps are reissued during the same period in the following year, so you may have another opportunity to collect a stamp you missed.
Many limited-time stamps can also be obtained at random from the Time Machine in the Stamp Store. Although you cannot purchase a particular stamp directly, you still have a chance to receive it through a Time Machine draw.
The Time Machine and World Explorer can also give you stamps that were originally available outside your own country or region. This gives you an opportunity to expand your collection with regional stamps that you would not normally be able to obtain directly.
As the results from these stamp drawers are random, a particular stamp is not guaranteed.
