If you’re having trouble locating your newly purchased stamp(s), please try the following:
- Open the My Stamps page in the app.
- Tap More ( ⋯ in the top right corner. )
- Select “Newly Added” to sort your stamps by the date they were received.
If you still can’t see the stamp, please contact us with your account information and details of the stamp you purchased so we can assist you further.
