You can use the Excluded Regions setting to prevent receiving matches from specific countries or regions.
What is “Excluded Regions”?
This feature works both ways. It removes users from those regions from your matching results and also hides your profile from their searches, so they cannot add you. It does not affect your current pen pals.
How to manage Excluded Regions:
- Go to My Profile ( ☰ in the bottom menu )
- Scroll down and select Matching Preferences.
- Tap Add / Manage under Excluded Regions.
- Select or deselect the region(s) as desired.
