Why is my Auto-match disabled?

There are three possible causes:

I. You have used Auto-match today.
Auto-match can be used once per day. If you have already used it, you must wait for up to 24 hours before you can use it again.

II. You have reached the daily matching limit.
Each user has a daily matching limit of 12 from Open Letters, Profile Suggestions and Auto-match, regardless of whether you or other users initiate the match. If you have reached the daily limit, you need to wait for up to 24 hours to use it again.

III. You have reached the maximum number of friends.
Regular users can have 100 active friends, while Plus users can have up to 200. Removed users do not count towards this limit. If you have reached the maximum friend limit, you have to remove some friends from your list to make room for new ones.

Please remember that you have to manually activate Auto-match after freeing up the friend list capacity. 

1. Go to My Profile ( ☰ in the bottom menu )
2.  Scroll down to Accepting New Friends
3. Turn on Auto-match to accept new matches
