What is the difference between "Hide User" and "Remove User"?

"Hide User" is a feature that allows you to hide a friend from your friend list temporarily. This friend will remain hidden until you receive a new letter from them. The hidden friend will still count towards your friend limit. 

"Remove User" is equivalent to blocking a user. When you remove a user, you will no longer receive any letters from them, and they won’t be able to match with you again. Although they can still send you letters, the status of the sent letters on their device will always be shown as unread. Notably, the removed friend will not count toward your friend limit. 

To hide or remove a friend, follow these steps:

1. Go to    in the bottom menu
2. Tap on the friend’s name you wish to hide or remove
3. Tap   at the top right corner
4. Tap Hide User or Remove User

If you wish to restore a hidden friend or removed friend, follow these steps:

1. Go to    in the bottom menu
2. Go to    at the top right corner
3. Scroll down to the Friends section
4. Tap into Hidden Users or Removed Users
5. Find your friend's name and tap Unhide or Undo

Please keep in mind that you cannot undo the "Remove User" action if your friend list quota is already full.
