Unfortunately, Slowly subscriptions are not transferable between accounts. This means an active subscription on your old account cannot be used on your new one.
Whether you’re using an iOS or Android device, each store account (Apple ID or Google account) can only have one active subscription per app. So if your old subscription is still linked to that store account, you won’t be able to subscribe again on your new Slowly account using the same login.
If you have a second Apple ID or Google account, you can try deleting the app and reinstalling it using the second account. This will allow you to purchase a subscription for your new Slowly account.
Alternatively, you can subscribe via Slowly Web at http://web.slowly.app/, which is not affected by App Store or Google Play restrictions. [Please note: web subscription availability may vary by country.]
