Free users can publish one Open Letter at a time, while Slowly Plus users can publish two simultaneously. If you’ve reached your limit and want to post a new one, you’ll need to unpublish your current Open Letter first.
To unpublish an Open Letter:
- Go to Discover People ( people icon in the bottom menu )
- Scroll down and tap your currently published Open Letter.
- Tap Unpublish at the bottom.
Please note: After tapping Unpublish, it takes 24 hours to take effect. This allows time for your original letter to be removed from other users’ inboxes and from the matching system.
