If you have received a one-time passcode email but still cannot sign in, please look for the Reset Password Link at the bottom of the email received. The link is valid for 24 hours and will allow you to create a new password.
After creating a new password, restart your Slowly app.
- Only the latest link will be valid if you have requested a passcode multiple times. Make sure to use the link from the most recent email.
- If you signed in with the one-time passcode, the password reset link will expire simultaneously.
