Step 1.

Wait for a while: I know it sounds unhelpful, but subject to different email service providers, sometimes the email may be delivered with a few minutes delay. Please be patient, wait for a while and check again later.
Step 3.
Contact us: We would be more than happy to assist you! Please send your nickname, registered email address or phone number to us. We will provide you with an alternative way to login as soon as possible.
Step 4.
Set a personal password: To avoid this situation happen again, we suggest that you could set up an account password so that you don't need to wait for the one-time passcode ever again!
